This 24 yrs old young man from UP's chandauli stepped out of his house in the middle of his dinner after a phone call 2 days back.
He never came back.

After his disappearance his family told the police that he has been kidnapped but the police kept on insisting that he has left the house at will.
When I tweeted requesting the UP police to find him I got the same answer that he has probably left the house on his own.

The reason police tried to twist his disappearance is that the person who called him before his disappearance is an aide of a Mafia politician close to UP CM & belonging to the same caste as the CM.
Police told the family that the boy has run away and not been kidnapped.

Last night a heavy deployment of police personnel was sent to the house of this young man and the already stressed family was harrassed further.

His dead body was found this morning, not too far from the house of the person the police is trying to protect.

I am writing this thread in English because somehow the most horrific crimes being committed in Uttar Pradesh miss the attention of our national media.

Giving them the benefit of doubt that it might be the language barrier.

I hope they can read THIS atleast.

What prompted the police to lie?
