Just remembered a one story about the russian comics industry.
One publisher wanted to buy the rights to an early "biomotan" version only for 60$. Of course, I had to draw the whole comic for 70+ pages first, without any help from them. I even agreed, lmao

We don& #39;t have many publishers willing to work with young authors, so this is almost the only option if you want your book to be published.
however, even this deal did not work out
