Plan ahead. We are drained from energy, so make sure that each session doesn't last longer than 90 minutes. Take breaks every 20 minutes.

IF you didn't plan ahead and need to do a lot of work in a short amount of time, I usually do the following:

- BREAKFAST

- Wake up early on an off day
- Use 1, maximum 2 subjects to study that day
- Use pomodoro and take breaks every 20 min
- Switch the subjects every 2 hours

ALSO

- TAKE NOTES DIGITALLY TO SAVE TIME

I use:

- Google docs
- Microsoft Word

My favorite note taking technique?

- I do not really have one anymore, I learned that I not only save time by just writing, but that making it look pretty wastes time. It also makes me forget the subject and only focus on the ~ Aesthetic ~ rather than the subject.

Make sure to have an off day between productive days.

idk if it works for anyone but it works for me:

- I binge watch anime usually
- Or I watch movies
- Basically I distract myself and don't spend time thinking about this at all

SUPPLIES

- fck brands. I use CHEAP supplies and they work just fine. All I have are is a hatch marker, pens and notebooks.

- If I have an old notebook that I don't use anymore, I rip the old notes out of it and reuse it.
