yoo this drama, just the first ep gave me Age of Youth vibes, but the comments seem to say they got Because This is My First Life vibes too but since i haven't watched that, i relate with AOY

but that's beside the point

Age of Youth happens when they were in their 20s (which i relate a lot actually) and this drama is in the 30s so i get how the vibes can feel similar

noww im just first ep in and they all have different lives and journeys in love but the one that hit me was Eun Jung's! the instant cause of my tears, TAK EXPECT BSHFBDH i was legit bawling my eyes out

like i didn't expect her love story to turn that wayy and the pain of losing someone before you're ready, losing someone unexpectedly... and she still haven't moved on in life and i just-

that hit a spot right there cuz honestly their love was like a fantasy, it was too good to be true and fate just had to work its way through, like the thought of having to start over and find someone you're compatible with again... i kent

and it's never going to be the same

back to the story, Jin Joo's and Han Joo's life was interesting too, like it was bad enough that happened to Han Joo but she fact that she kept going is what matters

and there's lesson in every episode, its oddly drawing my attention but still realistic

Oh Se Hoon is also here! he's Lee Hyo Bong, Eun Jung's brother, his character in Memorist will always stick in my heart cuz i lovee him in there!!

moreso, i can hear him sing in here!! and the guitar bgm in ep3 cracked me up DAMNN LIVE BGM I KENOD

lemme repeat, this drama really giving me Age of Youth vibes but instead they're in their 30s and slightly depressed, a lot crazier and less cautious because they've experienced a lot of crap in their 20s

so they're like whatever happens will happen, its like they accepted that they're adults and are just going with the flow and winging it until they're okay. the it is what it is mindset and i kinda like it...

and i also like the pairings in this drama, they all fit each other so well be it even if Eun Jung's bf is just a hallucination

speaking of Eun Jung, the amount of hollering and wincing i did from her comeback of wits was beyond count like DAMNN SHE REALLY A SAVAGE and it was kinda sad when that gedik girl's manager stood up for her for being disrespected in front of everyone liddat when

imo, she started disrespecting Eun Jung first, she started introducing her in the bad limelight and pushing her towards the edge of her anger; knowing fully well she has anger management issues

tldr: she started it first, so what happens to her next is a given

and it's sad becuz her man is not there to stand up for her anymore i-

these two however, crack i- AHAHAHAH AND THEY ACTED SO NATURAL I WAS

this show is extremely realistic, it makes me nervous somehow and i just dont like that, the uncertainty that im feeling in my heart when i dont know what it's warning me of

that's the only setback i dont like from watching it

however, i admit that this drama balances the emotions and the atmosphere really well that i think my feelings went on a roller-coaster ride and that was why i felt nervous and anxious watching the eps

we even got Hyo Bong-ie aegyo!! i was expecting that but i cudnt stop squealing cuz he was AHDNDJDJ CUTE ILERR

yess i saw him gedik to Dong Baek in Memorist but this just proves i didnt get enough of him AND IM LOSING IT RIGHT NOW

and that manager with Somin, the gedik bratty girl is also soo cute!! like he understands her so well and is even willing to embarrass himself for her very naturally at that

how mr composer takes care of Hyo Bong and they dont even hide it was actually wholesome and the little gestures he did was so cutee i swooned

Han Joo and In Gook's story also hits different like damnn no matter how much she hates him, he's still the father therefore In Gook will totally have taken a few things after him

and im also liking Bum Soo, such a strong character, he might look dumb but he's so much more than thatt and that's why i stan

Bum Soo and Jin Joo clicks strangely well cuz they're both weird like that, i love their banters like each one of em are so interesting to watchh

Jae Hoon's falling for Han Joo but i saw spoilers that said they're not gon end up togetherr?? that's just sadd sjfndjjd

i think Min Joon and So Min's fight is needed for the growth in their relationship later on

Jae Hoon and his gf's fight was so hard to watch cuz damnn the hurt be hitting different

his frustration i felt it and that is just how good of an actor Gong Myung is shsjsjjs like he has a point tho, she cheated first and now he cant even have a drink with a colleague?? like i said earlier, yall have become so toxic for one another

and then we have Eun Jung realising he's truly gone from the clip (video) where she was talking to herself, that was also heartbreaking, gwenchanaa you'll find your ground again sweetheart

Hyo Bong's slow approach to Eun Jung to ask her to go for therapy i- tell me will i ever not cry when it comes to Eun Jung

towards ep 14 till the very last ep was super meaningful and heartwarming that i left the thread unhanded so imma just include the vids from here on

kudos to the writers of this drama for writing it so well, i love everything about it, the balance in emotions, the scenes and all, everything was beautiful

the ending wasn't so much of a happy ending, more of an open ending and the closure that is needed to explain on the characters better

i also like how the writers portray the characters, like each one is so uniquely enchanting that i cant help but get attached

took me a while to finish this drama becuz i didnt want it to end hence why this thread took so long to make
