since we’re shaming finn stans, here’s why you shouldn’t stan quite a few other characters everyone seems to love

santana:
• biphobic
• body shames
• racist
• ableist
• blackmailed karofsky
• outed kurt
• the kurt rant (idc if “that was ryan” she said it that was her)
• anti-semitic
• just a raging bitch

sam
• not too much but still not perfect
• i’m not sure if he’s racist but definitely ignorant
• his reaction to ryder talking about his abuse

kurt:
• biphobic
• also bad singer, annoying, and terrible fashion choices Just saying

brittany:
• the thing w beiste you know the one (i know she was manipulated to do it by sue but that still doesn’t sit right w me)
• cheated on artie

quinn:
• her remark about karofsky’s attempt
• the whole prom s3 episode (especially w finn in the bathroom)
• her treatment towards rachel
• anti-semitic
• a fucking bully
• cheater

rachel:
• racist
• homophobic
• cheater

also rachel and santana both shamed brody for being a sex worker

jesse:
• egged rachel (despite her BEING VEGAN!!!?!?!???)
• the whole thing he did to her in s1 was so gross and manipulative and i probably would’ve needed therapy afterwards

blaine:
• cheater
• i love blaine but s4-6 he was so fucking full of himself

mike:
• said the t slur
• didn’t marry tina and i think that is a crime

and speaking of which,
tina:
• her entire attitude s3-5 was completely out of line
• the whole thing w blaine
• remember when she pushed artie during a performance. that shit was so out of line too.

i forgot to say you all seem to forget brittany was a fucking bully. js.

kitty:
• transphobic
• in s4 literally every bad personality trait one can have.
• what she did to marley

i could go on but my point is
A) finn is problematic but so is everyone else so i’m gonna keep stanning finn and my other problematic favorite characters as well.
and B) quit saying the character’s actions were the writers. every single thing was the writers. canonically, +

santana said those things to kurt, those kids made those comments, that was them bc those are not real people. so yes. any of those things ARE a reason to dislike a character.

you can like and dislike whichever characters you want but you don’t get to treat finn stans that way+

because you don’t like him, especially when your favorite characters are no better.
