It’s underground by exit A8 for Hachiko Square, near the middle entrance to the Denentoshi and Hanzomon, outside the ticket gates!
I need to come back in the early morning or late at night to get more pics without people 
The characters featured are All Might, Mirko, Eraserhead, Kirishima, Todoroki, Bakugo, Midoriya, Uraraka, Iida, Tokoyami, Endeavor, & Hawks! Each has a quote and their name next to them.

- I’m not sure of the exact dates but it went up 8/31 and will probably be up a week until 9/6
- Also not positive of the cost but this screen spot normally costs around 5,200,000 yen for a week long ad
