Except for:

1. Kyle was first struck in the back with a Skateboard to his head, neck or upper body while running from the mob, by the same male who attacked Kyle a 'second time' with his Skateboard, again after Kyle fell down.

Kyle falling down was caused by being stuck by the Skateboard.

You can clearly hear a 'thud' when Kyle was struck in the head, neck or upper body by the male who is chasing Kyle with his skateboard in his right hand. Right after the male struck Kyle with the skateboard, the skateboard flew out of his hand and landed to the left on the street

While Kyle was running and struck in the head, neck or upper body by the male with the skateboard, Kyle began to fall forward from being struck. The male then picked up his skateboard off the street and began a 'second assault' on Kyle, right after Kyle fell and was on the ground

The cause of Kyle falling was not because Kyle 'tripped and fell', as it has been reported. It was from being assaulted/struck by the male with his skateboard, while Kyle was running toward the police. Kyle was then assaulted a second time, by the same man, with his skateboard.
