before you read this thread you need to understand that twink is not a slur

that still doesn’t make it right for non-mlm to be throwing around that term when MANY mlm actually identify with it. seeing non-mlm using it is so damaging and comes from fetishizing so please stop using our terms.

a couple hours ago one of my oomfs pointed out to me how SO MANY people who aren’t mlm use the term twink. specifically, a lot of non-mlm on stan twt say “taehyung twink” or “jimin twink.” i was shocked, so i searched for “taehyung twink” on twitter and found them saying it.

@/gayliltae is a lesbian. she is not attracted to men. therefore, she can not say twink.

i made this tweet calling her out because i noticed MANY of my oomfs followed her. this went ignored for about four hours, even though my friends and i made tweets directly @ ing her and were in her mentions. https://twitter.com/btsfaggot/status/1300180454767697920

instead of saying, “hey, how is this wrong for me to say?” or “i’m so sorry, i’ll educate myself” she had friends replying as a joke that they’d unf her and decided to laugh about it. having a conflict phobia, this gave me anxiety. it’s completely disrespectful and invalidating.

she acted like it wasn’t a big deal. it was so hurtful. first she objectifies taehyung and uses a mlm term she’s not supposed to, gets her friends to gang up on and laugh at us, and then she has the NERVE to act like it’s okay. when we provided her with facts? ignored.

i beg you to unf and report them and anyone mentioned in the pictures who didn’t stand with mlm.
