There& #39;s so much wrong with his statement.
For starters he thinks there was no reason for any confrontation, but skips how he was chase folks around with a paint ball gun and the fact that he and the deceased had weapons. 1/2

But around 4 minutes in, he says he was surprised when the shooter turned around and was wearing all white instead of all black.

So a few of us watched the videos and listened carefully.
And it was completely by accident that some of these details came out.
The video from the car, after the cop van shows up, this guy comes running out in the very beginning saying "I& #39;ll fucking kill you"

This guy was with the deceased during the event you can see him in a super quick pan at the -5:16 to -5:13 mark of the video earlier in this thread

It& #39;s later that we realize it is the same person the deceased started the day with. Here you see them packing gear and paintball guns to target protesters.
Everyone that ran up started coughing and the right is claiming he didn& #39;t have a gun because his pepper spray pocket was empty
-5:08 the white shirt runs over saying "are you ok" and has a can of bear spray in his hand. He drops it to roll over the victim

You can also see at this same time of the video, the asp (extendable baton) the deceased was using during the scuffle. No one else had ran over yet, so no one else had dropped it
In the video, when the medic whiteshirt pushes, drops their bag, it falls on top of the bear spray.

-4:13 the cop picks up an asp off the ground. I don& #39;t know where that came from
The pepper spray disappears in the mix. It might have been picked up as the crowd tried to gather up the medic supplies the cop just kicked everywhere

A moment of speculation on my part.
Immediately after the shots, this car can be seen. The "red car" described by witnesses.
The person holding the camera seems to make a full spin as if in shock and not knowing where to run
And it is fucking gone, by the time the came back
