i don’t think we give people who buy purebred cats or dogs enough shit.

we give breeders some shit, not enough. but the people who SEEK purebred animals freak me out.

ESPECIALLY CATS like how selfish are you that you pay hundreds/thousands to get a CAT when the most i paid for any of mine was $25 from a shelter. grow up. shelter pets need homes more than purebreds.

if you’re looking to adopt, please do lots of research on the types of shelters. No Kill shelters are one of the best, and adopting from there opens up more space for other pets to be brought in and protected from euthanasia.

also consider buying adult/senior/disabled/been there a long time pets! they need homes more than puppies and kittens.
