Effectively saying "no cycle lanes without social justice" is the go-to lazy whataboutery for environmentalists these days.

Allowing people to safely travel day-to-day without lining the pockets of fossil fuel companies and cobalt mining conglomerates, is social justice.
It's on you, not me, to do some research on the many social issues that can be partially addressed by enabling safe cycling for more people than those that already do.

Find another cliché, perhaps one of the many areas of government expenditure that causes more harm than good.
Finally, just because someone you don't agree with politically is associated with campaigning for cycle lanes (that person could actually be completely out of touch with what cycling campaigners are asking for these days), isn't a reason to choose that as the target of your ire.
