You don’t know how many times I get a comment about Jungkook’s age every year for Jungkook’s birthday Just want to explain again that due to age system in Korea, Jungkook is turning 24 yrs old in Korea and globally he is turning 23 yrs old on September 1, 2020.

On January 1, 2021 Jungkook will turn 25 lol cause every new yr we add 1 more yr. So, Jungkook will be known as 25yrs old in 2021 thruout his birthday they can also say 만24살 (another form of saying 25) but when Sept 1, 2021 comes he becomes 25 officially. Confusing right?

In another words, as of Jan 1, 2021 there’ll be 2 yr age difference betw JK’s age in Korea and his age globally When I say that about my age I am so mad about that So it’s okay! When we celebrate JK’s age officialy in Korea we follow their rule but globally he’s turning 23!
