A wee thread on the glorious Potato Museum in Blackfoot, Idaho. This plus Old Faithfull in Yellowstone, were the only two things we identified as "must sees" on our 2010 USA holiday. Both exceeded our expectations /1

Does 100% of what you'd want from a potato museum. If you're visiting Yellowstone, it's only 183 miles drive away. Highly recommended. Also they make lovely potato ice cream in Idaho.
