Like Downtown Disney almost feels dystopian compared to even the empty WDW parks. This is like an entire theme park showed up to a mostly dead mall, and are consuming it LIKE a theme park.

The attractions? Stores with lines longer than nearly anything in WDW.
In most spaces, every single bench “space” is taken. This is wild.
Leaving after a nice lunch (Jazz Kitchen was empty with plenty of walk up availability at lunch), line of cars and people was basically full.

This is a line of cars to enter a line of people, to line up to enter a virtual line to then be allowed to line up to enter a shop.
This reminds me that I’m not an average consumer of the Disney Parks product at all out here. Decided to go to DTD as a lunch spot after our Target shenanigans. I hadn’t been to DTD since it reopened.

I’m resetting my expectations on park opening demand and availability here.
