The ‘gender identity’ movement is not a “trans rights” movement.

It does not campaign for the human/civil rights of trans people.

It is a movement that pushes gender identity ideology.

Some of its proponents are trans.
Many are not.

The gender identity movement manages to both trivialise and inflame anti-trans discrimination.
It denies real trans healthcare issues, derides mental health support as “conversion”, opposes trans-specific provision, and
opposes child safeguards for trans-identifying children.

People who face discrimination and need medical, psychiatric, practical support because they believe they’re ‘born in the wrong body’, are not supported by gender identity ideology, which is mainly concerned with sex denial and the removal of protections for women & children.

It is a movement which masks itself by adopting the name of a tiny and vulnerable group, in order to pursue an ideological agenda which is repressive, authoritarian and fundamentalist, under cover of “kindness, tolerance and human rights”.

Very clever Trojan horse.
