Curious about this because I don’t have a sense of how common / not common it is. Have you ever spent a night alone in nature/wilderness?

For the purposes of this question, let’s say alone means no human companions, and “in nature” means you’re in the open air or in a temporary structure (like a tent or lean/to) rather than, say, a cabin.

If you said no, would you ever want to?

And if you said maybe someday, why haven’t you yet? Obviously there might be many reasons, but if there’s something specific, pick the first that comes to mind.
