My resume has quite a few short stints, but if you ask me about them:
- 2 were startups that were bought
- 1 was me moving away and they didn& #39;t support remote
- 1 was a horrible culture
- 1 laid off all staff from COVID

I never go into a company wanting to leave quickly.
Circumstances change! Hiring managers need to not look at short stints, but rather what a person learned, and how they can adapt. And... just ask what a candidate& #39;s looking for!
