There's a wasp in my apartment and it keeps flying AROUND the door instead of OUT of it and I'm losing my mind

Just wanted to have my balcony door open on this very nice day, and now I'm yelling things at a wasp like "YOU'RE RIGHT THERE JUST FLY DOWNWARD A BIT OH MY GOD"

It flew out and then back in before I could go and close the door. I am in hell. (I have become more allergic to bug bites in recent years so I am now terrified of stings)

I guess I have a pet wasp now.

I sprayed the wasp with soap and it died, and a few hours later I got stung for no reason in the park, and I choose to accept this karmic retribution. Also, ow.
