Sex work is work but many of us are struggling to survive. Expecting sexual labor from your comrades instead of attempting to change the material conditions without a benefit to yourself is bad praxis, especially if you’re a man.

We can’t deny the lack of power sex workers have under the present system of capitalism. Mutual aid doesn’t mean you give money to your SW comrade in exchange for nudes so you can jack off.

It also denies sex workers agency bc we have the choice in who we engage with. If you’re my comrade and I’ve made it clear I have no interest in engaging sexually with you bc of the work we do you’re a piece of shit for pressuring a sex worker to perform for a handout
