how i broke my plateau; a thread.
i noticed a change after doing this, nothing was working not eating 1200 then fasting the next day, nobodyā€™s advice was working but I saw something and it helped.
consuming 1200 everyday with protein; i eat protein at every meal.

for breakfast Iā€™d have oatmeal & iced coffee, boiled eggs
lunch ; wheat bread and peanut butter
dinner : chicken & rice
snacks; peanuts / almonds

include high protein foods at every meal !
some high protein foods
- eggs
- peanuts / peanut butter
- chicken breast
- oatmeal
- Greek yogurt
- milk
- broccoli
- tuna
- rice
- quinoa
- fish
- corn
- whole wheat spaghetti
some rules i follow while doing this ;

- no fruits after lunch
- 1 liter of water per day
- dinner 5 hours after lunch
- your dinner plate should be 1/4 greens for digestion
- no eating after 7 pm or 3 hours before you sleep
- no added sugars
- atleast 30m - 1hr of working out
working out ;
- morning yoga stretches
- cardio!!!!
- ab workouts (al3xis r3n has good ones)
- inner thigh workouts
- try to spend 1 1/2 hours working out but itā€™s okay if you can just do 30!
i lost 2 -3 lbs doing this, protein is really the key : D
