i noticed a change after doing this, nothing was working not eating 1200 then fasting the next day, nobodyās advice was working but I saw something and it helped.
consuming 1200 everyday with protein; i eat protein at every meal.
for breakfast Iād have oatmeal & iced coffee, boiled eggs
lunch ; wheat bread and peanut butter
dinner : chicken & rice
snacks; peanuts / almonds
include high protein foods at every meal !

some rules i follow while doing this ;
- no fruits after lunch
- 1 liter of water per day
- dinner 5 hours after lunch
- your dinner plate should be 1/4 greens for digestion
- no eating after 7 pm or 3 hours before you sleep
- no added sugars
- atleast 30m - 1hr of working out

- try to spend 1 1/2 hours working out but itās okay if you can just do 30!
