#3 Alternate Strategy for return to sleep
Writing down everything on my mind to get it out of my brain. This also works before the first time I go to sleep. Something about getting on to paper relieves me of trying to remember it all at night.

#4 Respect your partners preference
From temperature to the amount of blankets my wife and I have had to create something that works for both of us. The most important thing was to unplug once in bed. Maybe set an alarm or type a note, otherwise when it is time to sleep we sleep
