The democratic coalition is big, clumsy and riddled with disagreements. We’ve got centrists, socialists, neoliberals and principled conservatives. We’re not aligned on everything and that’s how it should be.

Right now, the agenda we must all serve with maximum focus is the removal of the rancid, corrupt cartoon authoritarian from office and the crushing of his movement. Once we cut out the cancer, we can return to the luxury of bickering about everything else.

There will be no meaningful solutions to any of the other issues we care deeply about until Trump is gone
