I don& #39;t want to do this, but I think it needs saying. We need to accept the result and unify. But the behaviour of some serves as proof that we are being held back as a party. 1

We& #39;ve had people leave. Long standing dedicated activists because they& #39;re worried we can& #39;t let the coalition go. Are they met with total concern? No, some shout good riddance and fail to see the canary& #39;s distress going down the mineshaft. Hubris befalleth the party before... 2
I& #39;ve seen younger members be told to "get a grip" by people seemingly thrice their age for expressing legitimate concern. There is a refusal to understand. The party future needs inclusion for there to be survival in the party present. Total mockery of work to include all. 3
Some have castigated desires to work somewhat with labour because apparently we must only exist in opposition to anyone else. It& #39;s not like our appeal to voters is that we build bridges not walls, is it? Lost half our cllrs too. This only makes us as bad as the main 2 parties. 4
This is not totally an ideological issue. I& #39;m on the party left but my Orange Book friends often want consensus. But some simply cry out with "I want, I want" and to hell the consequences. I& #39;m 20 and I remember being told "I want doesn& #39;t get" as a young child. 5
