i saw a tweet on my tl saying that intindihin daw ng mga leaders yung mga pabuhat sa grupo bc no one knows if they have problems or whatever. we don't invalidate your feelings or problems but magiging pabuhat sila just for personal struggles?? sis it's a GROUP activity.

if they can't handle their problems at the moment then maybe the teacher can give them an easier individual task that they can do whenever they're ready. hindi yung lahat nalang inaasa sa leader.

what if the leader has personal struggles as well? kanino niya iaasa yung work?? sa teacher?? sa principal?? no. may nagtatanong ba sa kanila kung pagod na sila from carrying the fucking group just to get a high grade? no. so stfu sis.

obv the tweet was made to make herself feel better kasi pabuhat siya. um, no. lots of people use that 'i have problems' card all the time. it's literal bullshit.

you can always tell the leader if you can't do a certain task and then ask them to give you an easier one. hindi yung chill ka lang jan habang binubuhat ka tangina mo.
