Our body is like a ship at sea, and our brains are her crew.

Like a crew, our brains are not one unit but a group that must work together to keep their ship afloat.

always one more storm in a long line of storms. Some of them ship killers.

And when a ship sinks, her crew dies.

That's no different for the Ship Inside Your Head: they can argue, but at the end of the day, your Crew - your brains - are literally in the same boat.

They need to work together to keep your Ship afloat - keep your body alive.

But what if they WANT to sink their own Ship?
