September's plan's been set. I can do this.
The kcal is simply a reference, I will try to not go crazy over it if I'm a little over it. I'll focus on eating clean and healthy.
On liquid fast days I'll have fruit creams, soups, smoothies, juices etc, but all homemade so no added sugar. I think I could lose about 4kg by the end of week 4 if I stick to it and don't slip much. Starting on Tuesday, 1st September.
