@Lets_Colive 10000 rupees were not returned from security deposit showing DYD offer, but I never signed up for any such offer & no one even told me about the offer when I checked-out from the apt.. is this not a fraudulent practice ?

While checking out I was told I will receive full refund of security deposit by 15th aug (since I vacated on 30th July) but I received 10k less..
I am unable to find the cancellation form on the app & no answer on the ticket yet!!
