1)- Green tea!

It has 0 calories and so many health benefits!! studies have shown that people who drink green tea burn up to an extra 100 calories per day.
2)- Fibre One!

They’re only 90 calories per piece and there’s many different flavors to try. they’re literally so good and also high in fibre!
3)- Fruits and Vegetables!

This one’s pretty self-explainable. i usually love having cucumbers or blueberries as they’re both filling and low in calories.
4)- Rice-cakes!

One lightly salted rice-cake is about 30 calories but be careful with them as they might cause a binge!!
5)- Water!

Again, pretty self-explanatory. I recommend drinking one or two cups of water if you’re planning on eating. It tricks your brain into thinking that you’re full!
6)- Black coffee!

It has less than 5 calories and is full of all different kinds of vitamins! It’s also really good for weight loss.
7)- Oatmeal!

If you make it the right way it can have 150 calories. I know that it may seem like a lot but oatmeal fills you up and it’s really high in fibre. When I have oatmeal I usually can’t eat anything else!!
8)- Coke Zero!

Zero calories and it contains caffeine which helps!
9)- Egg Whites!

Healthy and low-calorie!
10)- Protein Bars!

I only like them when they’re less than 200 calories, but other than that they’re really healthy and good for you!!
