press conferences are not a news product and you should stop watching them if you find it hard seeing your fav challenged

This is not exclusive to PM conferences - I’ve had people come at me for my weight bc they didn’t like a question to a Nat MP - but it is super-charged now everyone has the 1pm TV show. It’s the most boring thing about this app, which is saying a lot.

it’s very normal to watch a presser and not like a question or two or think something is a waste of time (luckily they have them every day.) it’s utterly weird to hunt down a reporter you don’t like on twitter to repeatedly attack their professionalism and insult them.
