1.He have strong determination. He was casted by because he is that eye catching, but it was his resilience and hard work that made him debuted. He set his mind too it, he is focused, he feel the responsibility on becoming better thus he work harder and smarter, from one -
Who can& #39;t do any step correctly, to one of the main dancers on NCT.
You heard his story about practising late at night until dawn because that was the only time a newcomer like him got to book the studio. He still has school but he manage to do it anyway, he know it& #39;s the deal

This made the other trainees like Johnny felt inspired too, and eventually lot of trainees join him as well, and they often went home at dawn together and bought bread on that bakery close by. He was the leader for this reason. He is the example, he is the moral booster.
He is so determined on becoming better at everything SM has to offer on his trainee days. It made him go deep into the art of performing, and it eventually shape him into the artist that he is today.
2. He value the process.
When Taeyong tell us something he never skip the process part. For example, when he told us about his new project, he will told us the story behind it, he wanted us to understand what goes on behind it because that is the way he will look at anything

He is deep when it comes to this. He will appreciate every tiny bit of progress and effort put in everything. Remember how he tell fan about the exam? He said it could be hard but it also the opportunity to showcase your hard work. Instead of saying we can do it, he emphasize
the hardwork = result part. He told us yes it is hard to went thru the exam but if we try it anyway, we will see the result and be satisfied.
He wanted us to feel how the progress will take us to the result we can be proud of.

3. His image.
Back on SM Rookie days, esp on NCT life earlier season, his image was this tough guy with intense stare from his eye. He still shy doing cute things, and even being called tsundere, and the members will go along with this concept.

But as time goes by, Taeyong slowly open up himself as just Taeyong. The Taeyong we knew today, although we never know what goes on behind the camera, but we know the Taeyong that is today is way more comfortable with himself. He showed more of his sentimental side, and -
Does not hesitate to share how his mind think about something.
The image that he is portraying today is just him. The artist, the performer, the bubu, just Taeyong.

4. His masculinity.
We babie him, we called him bubu, but we all know he is a grown up Man, with all his might, and his masculine features. Yet he doesn& #39;t feel uncomfortable with being babied, being called pretty, beautiful and just go around making baby noises.

He doesn& #39;t have that fragile masculinity antics on him. He is wearing makeup, lacey outfit, crop top, etc on stage. But he just going all out without showing how he might be uncomfortable, again we never knew what goes on behind camera but the way he handled it is so mature.
He didn& #39;t go around telling ppl about how he should not be dressed that way, no. He just focusing on the performance as a whole and how he could deliver the song as a story with his persona on the stage. That& #39;s what make him so professional. He act cute, he love cute stuff,
He love sweets and dessert but still being the 2nd strongest member on 127, with broadest shoulder. He know where he stand and he is proud of it. It& #39;s so mature.
5. Leadership
There are reasons why he is the leader despite not being the eldest. And that could be how he always do the "lead-by-example". He want other member to work hard? He showed them how to work hard, he work hard with them, he is the wall everyone will overcome

He is the inspiration that other member look up to, he listen to the members and have long conversation about it. He is the leading his member by setting the example, by creating a space where all member can be themselves and always have room for improvement
He is soft of course. But have you ever imagine how he is actually off cam? Remember when Jaehyun told us if we learn dancing from Taeyong it will be something else. There& #39;s git to be something going on there that made the members respect their leader so much.
He always allowed his member to jokes around him, hug him, let the member babie him, he also love babying the members, but when it comes to practice, he really turn into a leader. He always cought looking at his surrounding and mirror in every move they executed during practice
He is the go to person when members have question about choreography, how to execute certain move on stage, also taeyong always pitch his own idea on how to make the overall performance look good. He made sure everyone understand and have the same frequency with him.
He would made sure everyone is taken care of before he take care of himself. He go around asking if the member already got their food, count the member everytime they about to move around, made sure everyone is inside the car before he enter it himself.
He is so proud of his members. He go around telling us how his members developed, how his members are his source of strength, how he would love everyone to appreciate his member hard work and talents. He made sure we remember that Lee Taeyong is just a part of NCT as a whole.
6. His Maturity.
He went through a lot, from his constant defamation, unreasonable h*te thrown at him, etc etc. Am not saying other member didn& #39;t experience and went thru a lot tho. But for now we are talking about Taeyong.

He learned so much in his time being a performer. And he grow as a mature human being with warm personality and make us fans feels like home whenever we see him in his natural habitat (?)

Every advice he have for us are mostly spoken with emphatic manners.
Like when he told us he promise himself to never say " you can do it, come on! " to other ppl who went thru hardship. Instead he told us about this too shall pass, accept the situation as it is.

He share about how he accepted the situation as it is and just went along while learning something in the process, and that will make it less stressful for he is. But he doesn& #39;t imply we should do it like him, he never said that we should do like he is but instead he reassure
us that it is okay to have our own pace, it is okay to not be good at what we doing atm, it is okay to be the unique us, because we are the one who can change ourself.
That speaks a lot about his maturity. His advices are different from time to time and it show how he is -

Growing as a person.
Like the way he is so considerate about making Monday his day, he might did it because he knew most of us always feel off every Monday, that is why he giving us something to look forward to.

He is a mature man. And he will keep growing from now on too. We are here to support him because he is The Lee Taeyong as a whole.
