📣 Heads Up, mga Ka-Alpas ‼️
For today’s topic, will be focusing about “Racism” —💡Read, Be informed, and Open your minds. 💡

When you are the victim of, or witness racist behaviour, have you felt frozen and mute, unable to address the racist? Or violently angry?
These are very common reactions. Many people feel very uncomfortable to interject, or even talk about, racism. But many also would like to do the right thing.
Racism is the oppression of people of color based on a socially constructed racial hierarchy that privileges white people. In our society, racism is a big issue. Many people who experience this kind of discrimination are having problems with theirmental health and start having-
low esteem. So, how can we deal with racist people?
1. Listen to and amplify black voices.
2. Call out bigotry and hate speech.
3. Teach children about kindness, fairness and human rights.
4. Stand up for people being harassed — intervene if it's safe to do so.
5. Support human rights organizations.

Our skin color is not a badge of shame, it is the gorgeous symbol of everyone’s nationality. Always remember that whether the color of your skin is black, white, yellow or brown — you’re still beautiful and deserves to be treated right.
We became weak if we are divided and became strong if we are united. So, let’s hold the hand of each other and scream for the betterment of our society.

‼️ RACISM. SHOULD. STOP. ‼️
