Now, based on this video, I think the shooter looks WHITE. People said a black guy but it looks like he was on foot, and NOT the black guy in the red car.

I also believe he either maxed the shooter and the shooter fired on him, or the shooter maced and shot him, but that doesn’t make sense.
The white cloud is mace I believe. Unless it was a P+ shotgun shell, we shouldn’t see that much smoke.

We have footage of him drawing his pistol and chambering a round from earlier. That, plus the rapid fire timing, indicates premeditation.
Compare to Rittenhouse who ran and never rose his rifle above low ready once.

In NEW FOOTAGE from #PortlandShooting, you hear “we got a couple right here” which confirms the enhanced audio from earlier footage indicating the suspect was “hunting” the victim.
