An indicator that can help you find KPOP Lyric Videos that are profitting from their videos
When a video is copyrighted by a company, as explained by Youtuber ZaerApollo, there should be a copyright claim like this:
-There should be the song title
-The RIGHT company name should be there (in this one, it's a BTS Spinebreaker lyrics video so it is licensed by Big Hit)
When there are no copyright claims or 'Music in this video' section, it's a possible indicator that the person is earning from the video. For example, Lemoring. Lemoring has been reuploading their videos claiming to have not been profitting. But only some have the copyright claim
All these gfriend and bts and txt videos have been reuploaded almost the same time by Lemoring, which means that the copyright claim in these videos should be present.
But only the TXT reuploaded videos have the copyright claim. All of the Gfriend reuploaded videos from the Labyrinth album DO NOT have the copyright claim as well as the other BTS lyric videos that they reuploaded. This means that Lemoring is possibly STILL earning
CLARIFICATION: the said videos that did not have copyright claims, have their copyright claims now, which means that Lemoring is staying true to their word. Hope that other channels would do the same.
DISCLAIMER: This thread is not made to send hate to the channels mentioned. These are all just assumptions and not 100% true. If anyone has evidences of other kpop lyric channels that are gaining revenue, message them to me so that I include them in this thread😊
