His face is another story. This isn't new or overwhelming to him. This is just a late August day. This is what he's been living with his entire life. This is the weight she's just starting to REALLY understand only now. (2/3ish)
White people, we can't truly feel it. We can't truly grasp it. And we've all got so much more work to do. Because this is just a late August day.
