34. The COVID vaccines in trials require cold chain storage in freezers at -20C to -70C (pharmacies don't have freezers this cold) and must be used within 24 hours to 7 days once brought to refrigerator temps. Once a vial is opened, all 10 doses in it must be used within 6 hours.
