What this club has become recently is beyond my imagination with how good we’ve been. But, I’ll be lying if I said I wasn’t gutted we’re not taking advantage of it and standing still while others close the gap massively in the transfer market #LFC
It gets even more laughable when you see the Ev spending what they are spending, same with Sheffield United etc, all with higher net spends than us in recent years. But we get fed that we can’t afford Thiago for 30m without having to sell 
This all with us winning 4 trophies in 2 years too, sorry, but fed up being fed the same bullshit from the top. People can’t seriously believe we can’t afford to get Thiago / build and freshen the squad? #LFC
Think COVID-19 has been the perfect excuse for FSG to keep their hands in their pockets and pull the wool over some fans eyes. However, what we’ve done under their ownership is incredible, but just that niggling feeling where we’re not capitalising and won’t
Under these owners, we’d be stupid to think that all they really care about is the £. Only got to look at their many mistakes and u turns (ticket prices, furlough staff). But like I said, it’s a weird one as they’ve also achieved so much. Balance is hard
But it is something which bugs me with them. I think too many fans are either you’re with FSG or against them. For me, I’m thankful for everything they’ve done, but do I think we’ll build years of dominance under them like we could do? No...
I’m not FSG out, I’m not necessarily FSG in either, I wouldn’t really want to become a Man City who spend what they won’t and us lose our values at the club, but in order to compete with the City’s and Chelsea’s that’s what it’s coming to
What we done last season and the season before was absolutely freak seasons and shows what a quality manager Klopp is, perfect for us. We’re a brilliantly run club, if it was a level playing field, but it isn’t, strengthened with the City ruling throwing FFP
Out the window, will be hard to compete if we stand still like it looks like we may do this transfer window. Still time though
