seeking: resources, people willing to talk to me, books, documentaries, etc about *failed* intentional communities

cults, communes, compounds, multiple families buying an apartment complex together -- basically any case of unrelated people trying to live together+how it failed

feel free to use as broad a definition of "intentional community" as you like here, I'm probably interested

I think I am especially interested in things that weren't supposed to be new religious movements (cults), but cults are interesting too

ok I have a *lot* of cult resources

now perhaps focusing on things that fell apart for less dramatically culty reasons: boring things, pragmatic issues, interpersonal conflict, never getting anything done, etc
