people are highly emotionally charged. All love Sush . But we have to think about the court proceedings that will follow after chargesheet. Do you know why they are not arresting rhea ?. Can you guess ? No. You people think very emotionally. This case is not simple
Every proofs and evidences are destroyed at higher levels. Whatever CBI finds it has to prove in court of law. How they are going to prove without proofs. It been 8 days ,they are trying very hard to first establish if it& #39;s a murder or suicide. It& #39;s not clear to CBI to now.
Whatever he said is true. He is just saying that if these people escape from murder cause, they will still get prosecuted due to drugs charges. Period
And do note that, there& #39;s one good news. Maharashtra govt is writing to CBI to investigate Sandeep Singh. I already told everyone that soon they will ditch everyone like rhea and Sandeep and others. See
CBI is trying since last 8 days to just establish the case as homicide. Why don& #39;t you understand dear. To establish they need concrete proof. Any approver or any proof. All proofs are destroyed. They are trying to convert Pithani into approver.
Remember the Nirbhaya case and Ajmal Kasab case. It took minimum 7 years to get justice. Everyone knew who did what. Who is guilty culprit.But everything comes to court and CBI has to proof. There are lot of technicalities. Rhea has India best lawyer. He will use all means innos
