Hi, I'm Kenz & for the 100th time I'm trying to be consistent with my fitness journey & hopefully one day help others overcome the struggles I currently face along this journeyđź’ś.
I've been working out since 2014, I've learned a lot about the theoretical and nutritional aspects of fitness

.. but struggled with remaining consistent.

When life gets too overwhelming I tend to regress & fall into dormant mode.
Over the years, I've went from 110 lbs to 180 lbs on my weight gain journey and dropped from 180 lbs to 135 lbs during my weight loss periods.

During quaratine I've gained a lot of unhealthy weight (esp. in my tummy) and I've fallen off track yet another time.
.. But this is my reality

My diet isn't on point, I've been snacking way too much, my sleeping pattern is so messed up , to get up & workout feels like a struggle , my energy levels are crappy

But I know I can Do Better and Be Better!
You know that feeling when you're like "ugh ! I'm not living up to my potential" ???

That's exactly how I feel

But I'm no longer beating myself up over the past but instead figuring out the steps I need to take in truly falling inlove with my mind, body & soul again.
It's now time that I choose ME.

It's time to get to workk! đź’Ş

If you've felt like you've fallen off, you're NEVER alone! The key is to be honest with yourself & not feel guilty about it.

We're human & everyday is an opportunity to get back on track & build our confidence.
It won't be easy, but it'll 100% be worth it!
