like, that anon staff who is speaking for the entire site was appointed by SOMEbody. we praised FA for strengthening their rules on hate groups last year, but staff have watered them down since... someone has the authority to do something about it *coughdragoneer* but hasn't

Any decent moderation team wouldn't allow a member to stay on who defends unacceptable decisions like this, so it's a leadership failure for sure... but I shouldn't expect any less from ppl who back down from decisions to remove slurs by giving them back when a handful complained

Like most politicians & self-centered management with too much power & no accountability, furaffinity leadership can only be moved to change by having their own little uwu escapist spaces invaded by people badgering them for answers and actions. It gets results.
