I have seen many valid arguments against the SiF higher-ups, AND I have seen people getting out of line in said arguments. But as is human nature, the focus always seems to be shifted onto said people instead of the actual validity of these arguments, which seem to go unnoticed??

I think we can do a lot better than talking about decking Sam- Joke or no joke, that's in poor taste. But I also think we can do a lot better than IGNORING AND REFUSING TO ACKNOWLEDGE Sam's misdeeds.

Double-standards help no one. They're childish, and at a point, even dangerous.

When there is this much suspicious behavior from such a large presence in the fandom and they refuse to even TALK about it, it's like looking at a crumbling viaduct and yelling at the engines instead of fixing the dangerous safety hazard that everyone has TRIED to warn you about.

Now I don't know about you but I think if a teenager can see, admit and apologize for where we were wrong, then I think expecting adults in their 30's to extend that same grace and do the same about even more troubling issues is not too much to ask.

@SiFansite This is not an attack by any means, but a weary proposal. We want to see the best in you guys, and we can't do that when folks involved with you are never held accountable for their wrong-doings. We all need to set aside our differences and seek the truly right thing.
