Headcanon/Thought: So I was watching #LuciferSeason5 last night and it occurred to me and a friend (who I was obviously spam-texting my reactions to) that your very own guilt brings you to hell. And I was like ā€œThatā€™s actually really sad. Imagine how many children are down (1/?)
there. And yes Iā€™m calling teens kids. Like all of the kids who committed s*icide. All of the LGBTQ+ kids who felt guilty for ā€œsinningā€ and genuinely believed that they deserved to go to hell. All of the kids who were told all their lives that they were burdens for having (2/?)
mental or physical illnesses and disabilities. A lot of them would end up in hell, and for nothing.ā€ which absolutely broke my friends heart. So, back to s5 (which Iā€™m not done w/ yet) we see that Lucifer can basically control some aspects of hell. My friend was like ā€œwell, (3/?)
Lucifer is like... a good person ya know. Big heart. Kind of soft and whatnot. Do you really think heā€™d let a bunch of innocent children suffer?ā€ Moral of the story, my friend and I share a firm belief that Lucifer would try to make the kids stay in hell not... hellish (4/5)
and instead keep them more comfortable until they learn to forgive themselves. Nothing can change my mind, thatā€™s what weā€™re going with, I will be deeply hurt if I find out thereā€™s just a bunch of teenagers down there with deep rooted self hatred going through hell.
And yes iā€™m silently hoping that @LuciferNetflix sees this thread šŸ˜”
