@LouisVuitton really disappointed with the service I have received from @LVServices. I have tried to place an online order for a Speedy 30 and being a new customer I had my order rejected which apparently is a common problem?! I spoke to David who kindly apologised and took
@LouisVuitton Payment over the telephone - this also got rejected which he apologised for and then I had to authorise this through email verification and paid through @PayPal which also got rejected! And have now had to pay through Bank transfer! So I’ve had to place this order
@LouisVuitton Four times in total! And when I asked for some clarity and to speak to someone else. The response was “we don’t do that. We are @LouisVuitton” so unhappy as I’ve worked all throughout covid as a pharmacist and this was a gift from my husband for getting through!
