take deep breaths, calm yourself down, I won't say it's going to get better "soon", because even I don't know when "soon" will be. all i know is that someday, it will get better. that day will be different for all of us, but it will arrive.
think of positive and good things, distract yourself as much as you can. if you can't, don't worry! allow yourself to think about whatever is bothering you deeply.
"why is it affecting me so much?"
"is there smth i can do to make myself feel better?"
things like this will help.
and you, the person who is reading this rn, i might not know you personally, but what i do know is this:
you're an amazing person, and you're precious and infinitely loved.
everything that happened today hurts, trust me, but it will get better. you will feel better.
please know you were created with a purpose, and one of the many things you can do is be kind. everyone has a chapter they don't read out loud, and no matter how close you are to a person, you'll never know what that chapter holds unless the person themselves tell you. so be kind
and please please love yourself. you deserve the whole fucking universe and I'm gonna make sure each one of you realises that.
and if twt is affecting you negatively rn, take a break. focus on yourself, your mental health and physical health. you are important. put yourself first.
