YOU DON’T NEED THE LABEL!
@Nasty_CSA don’t take it too far with the insults you don’t need to be watching your back and hiring security because of me. I’m here to help you improve & make you a better cultural ambassador, that’s all. You actually don’t own any of this music that you’re releasing (since BH)
Your emotional response to my critique is unwarranted. I love the music you OWN & as a big brother I’m here to support & encourage you to soar but with your insults you’re giving people the impression that you are a disrespectful brat who has issues with older people...
that’s a bad look because there are a lot of people in high places who won’t publicly agree with my sentiments but will privately regard you as an agist kid because of your statements directed at me but clearly aimed at people whose names you’re afraid to mention. The fact that
you’re using lyrics you wrote about someone else to fire stray bullets at me shows that I’m way out of your league. I’m 30 so I have no issues being called an old man because it’s far from true and you’ll be 30 years old in 7 years so I want to ensure that I give you the correct
guidance so that by the time you get there, you won’t be in the tricky position you’re in now, where you make the least money off of your intellectual property while Universal and Mabala Noise will make more money off the music you’re making now than you ever will, for at least
50-years after you die. We are not enemies... I’m fighting for artists to make a decent living with their music and your label and management are using you to show young artists of today that you still need a label that owns the music they make when they don’t anymore. You have
my phone number if ever you need my help with anything. I won’t take advantage of you or use you like the old men you’re in business with right now. I’ve already put my name in the history books. I already have a successful career spanning over a decade and a half, so I don’t
have much to left to prove at a very young age. When I was 23 I had my own label that I’d been running for more than 5-years. When I was 16 my music was already charting. Go through my IG timeline, I’ve left gems for you and anyone else to get trade secrets that made me the most
powerful man in SA Hip-hop. I use that power to enrich and enlighten my African people because that’s what Steve Biko would’ve wanted. What your fans don’t know is how this business works and judging by your moves Sipho been using you to justify this whole Def Jam Africa BS that
has everyone at Universal mad and has @casspernyovest cussing them/DefJam out on his timeline (so I’m told, since I’m blocked for now). I want you to be a mogul like me one day and to do that you need intellectual property and if you don’t own it, you better at least get 50% or
more of the proceeds for your work in creation of that intellectual property. I want the ARTIST to flourish. I’ve dedicated my life to making the industry fairer for the artists and we are on opposing ends right now because my enemies (labels that rob artists) are using you to
make it seem like they don’t rip off artists like they have done since the first record label was incorporated. I won’t let them get between us. I take no offense. There’s nothing you can say or do make me hate you because my life’s work has been creating conditions for your to
flourish in your passion. Your success is my success, while the illusion of your success is my failure. I have never failed any artist I took it upon myself to assist. I have taken it upon myself to assist you and you can’t stop me from doing the lords work with you. I paid my
dues in full. You can count on me to always be there for you and at the same time always be real with that. You earned that with the work you’ve done in the industry the we’ve helped build. The black man had made these companies so much money and they will keep using us to get
rich while we fight amongst ourselves because we can’t swallow our pride and because we are driven by ego. That’s childish and we’re both grown. I’m done with my album review and I won’t be going back and forth about that anymore. I said what I said and judging by response
everyone except for your stans agrees with my take. To add to that no-one has proven me wrong or opposed my statements publicly. If I was bullshitting, I would have been dismissed by now but the fact that you’re still entertaining this non-issue means that you know it’s true and
that it comes from a good heart. Love you forever, never forget that baby bro. PS check out the Sam Cook documentary on Netflix and if it inspires you to join me in making the industry fairer on the creators. I think you’re very influential, it’s crucial that you use that power
for the greater good. I want you to take home no less than half of the proceeds of the music record. I want you to make enough money off of the music you own that you don’t need to get on stage to keep the lights on. I’ve made more money in 2020 than I have ever made before just
because I own the intellectual property, meanwhile you’ve lost the majority of your 2020 income because like most artists you depend on bookings to make a living instead of living off of your music. If you or someone genuine with your best interests at heart owned your music
then you would be sitting pretty in this pandemic like me but that’s not the case, so when you’re done paying back the advances your career has been fueled by since you were trapped by Reggie, they will still own that music and that’s just not right. That’s the music business for
you though. It’s like paying off your car then being told the bank still owns it. That needs to change, are you helping me change that? If not you’re getting in the way and since we’re gonna reform the business with or without your help, you need to decide how you want to be
remembered. Don’t be a slave to the label forever. You’re a hard worker and you deserve much better than what you’re being offered right now. I can help you work smarter so you cam leave behind generational wealth when you leave this earth in the very distant future. You’re super
intelligent and I know from that night I spent getting to know you in Durban a few years ago. It’s hard to know who you can trust with all you’ve gone through but I have nothing to gain from your misfortune. I only want what’s best for you and I will never take a cent from you
because I want you to be example of how far Hip-hop has come as a culture and as an economy.

P.S. your label boss Sipho Dlamini took over from Randal Abrahams (Idols) after stealing R47M from SAMRO members like you, me and thousands of other composers. https://www.news24.com/fin24/companies/ict/samros-dubai-scandal-deepens-20180902-2
You can do a background check on me for good measure. “I’ve been a starving artist so I could never starve an artist.” Honestly speaking who do you trust more between me & Sipho? He’s using you to get rich and I want you to use my experience to create generational wealth that way
you can continue to be an inspiration to young men from all over the continent. I hope you find it in your heart to take heed & that you see that I only want what’s best for you. I want those leaches to stop sucking you dry. You have me & 1,2 billion fellow Africans behind you!
I’ll leave it at that. Thanks for taking time to engage this debate. I hope many of your peers and all the younger artists that look up to you, learn from this... #MASTERCLASS #TheAuthority #HipHopAuthority #LearnFromNOTAorDiePoor #YouDontNeedAMajorLabelDeal #DontSignYourLifeAway
