take care of yourself okay? work/school is drowning you, it& #39;s exhausting, but don& #39;t forget about yourself, physically and mentally, do some small stretching, take a walk outside (with mask in safe distance) listening to some relax music of your own fav, make warm tea!!! and
take a nice hot shower before go back to your work/school work, make yourself comfortable, if it& #39;s still hard to do any of that, because it& #39;s too overwhelming, it& #39;s okay, you& #39;re doing amazing just to keep fighting, I hope things always gets easier for you
