So many people don't vote anymore that the winner only needs about 27% of the eligible electorate to get to 270.
The OSCE monitors our general national elections, so they're the most fair, therefore the most likely to let us elect a third party candidate.

Because of OSCE, the establishment couldn't rig the Presidential election the way they do the primaries.
