idk tbh but ive been needing to come up with new meal options to hint to my mum and im not allowed to ask for ‘low cal’ substitutes bcs its suspicious etc so i figured i’d make this thread to help out any fellow UK lovies



(also my parents only shop at asda so i apologise that this thread will be with food bought from there but im sure you can still buy some of these things from other shops !!)
SPAGHETTI TACOS
(ideal for when u wnna convince ur parents ure ‘okay’ tbh since it sounds kinda unhealthy

1 ASDA taco shell = 56cal
100g ASDA spaghetti = 155cal
1/4 jar asda bolognese = 50cal
with 50g of spaghetti in each single taco then its 261cals for one !! <3

OR with 1/2 branston beans (my mum buys those instead) it’ll be 363cals

honestly this really does just depend on the bread you buy, but this is what i used:
ASDA soft white medium sliced, 2 slices = 136cals
2 large eggs = 156cals
all together = 292cals
