Granted he *was* actively trying to lose weight at this time, he noticed that he was losing lbs rather quickly. And with the weight loss his diabetes was still difficult to manage. Lo and behold...stage IV pancreatic cancer.
Even in this though, people were entirely too ready and quick to tell my Dad how âgoodâ he looked going from 300+ lbs to under 200 in a short matter of time.
Honestly, I canât even finish this thread. Iâm triggered.
