A little thread to mark the end of our Summer 2020 delivery at @Ambition_Inst and to thank everyone who's been involved this year.

Obviously, this year has been an unusual one. We've had to do things differently & have learned lots as a result.

Back in March when lockdown started & schools closed, we weren't sure how much teachers & school leaders would be up for professional development - particularly when it all needed to be online.

In fact, we've had a huge amount of engagement & record numbers working online.

Fun fact: we were due to delivery 1100 training & development events over the summer term, of which 300 were planned to be online and 800 F2F. So the teams have redesigned over 800+ sessions and used a variety of live & async approaches to keep learning going.

In July, we started Headship & Executive Leaders programmes. We were fortunate to have @head_teach take the lead for this cohort but *obviously* he was overshadowed by @621carly who joined us to give a keynote about leading in times of uncertainty.

This summer, we started kicked off new 2020 cohorts of Future Leaders, Expert Middle Leaders & Masters in Expert Teaching.

In the last fortnight, we've been privileged to work with c.1200 educators.

The launch of #FutureLeaders 2020 was in July with @jameslane41 @DTA_JThompson @ldsparkes and @Carter6D after months of typically meticulous planning from the @Ambition_Inst and @DixonsTA team.

This week, we welcomed 70 teachers to our #MastersinExpertTeaching programme with @MissEmmaLark @Nick_J_Rose @jon_hutchinson_ @PepsMccrea and co.

If I could go back in time, this is the development I wish I'd done while still in the classroom.

Another highlight this week was welcoming 507 middle leaders to our 2 year #ExpertMiddleLeaders programme. We were privileged to have @NLad84 @son1bun @HFletcherWood @helenamoore_ @Sharples_J @HeatherBellaF + others working with EML.
